Rules and Regulations

Some of our Rules and regulations are given below.

• No student is to be admitted without submitting leaving certificate of the previous school.
• No leaving certificate will be granted till all the dues are paid /cleared. Intended withdrawal of a pupil from the Academy should be notified in writing at least 1 month in advance for Day Scholars and 3 months in case of Boarders. Similarly change of category from Boarding to day schooling requires a three months clear advance notice.
• The student will be admitted in boarding for minimum of Five (5) years. He cannot leave the Academy.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are insisted upon. Leave is to be granted when deemed absolutely unavoidable. No leave will be given unless written application, duly signed by the parents /guardians is given to the Principal in advance. Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory in final examination for all classes. Parents must consult the Principal before applying for leave.
• Children suffering from infectious disease will not be permitted to attend the Academy till their full recovery is duly certified by a competent medical authority.
• Student not coming to the Academy in proper uniform or in case of untidy appearance is liable to be sent back home. Late comers and improperly dressed students will not be allowed to enter the Academy premises on that particular day.
• Any student remaining absent from the Academy for 15 consecutive days with out intimation to the school authorities, is liable to be removed from the Academic rolls.
• The students are expected to look after their own belongings. Any damage done by the students to the academic property must be made good by the parents.
• Parents-Teachers co-operation is a basic requirement to ensure good academic progress and all round development of the students’personality. Parents are expected to make sure that their children attend the academy regularly and complete the given home assignments. Students not making satisfactory progress in studies are liable to be removed from the academic rolls.
• Visiting hours for parents to the Principal are from 02:30 to 4:30 pm. Visit to classrooms and meeting with teachers during school hours is not allowed, however it can be arranged with prior permission of the Principal.
• The normal school timings are from 0800-1400 hrs and from 0800 to 1200 hrs on Fridays. No student will be allowed to leave the Academy premises during school hours without prior written permission from the principal.
• Fee is to be paid directly to the designated banks/branch. Late fee is charged after due date of each month @Rs 500/-. The last date of payment is 10th of each month after which amongst other actions, names of non payment cases are liable to be removed from the academic rolls without notice. Re-admission fee will be charged if the fees is not paid up to 25th of the month. Fee challan should be collected from accounts office of the Academy during office working hours, if not received by the parents / guardian through mail/courier, latest by 6th of respective month.
• Habitual idleness, lack of interest in studies, unsatisfactory academic progress, misbehavior, irregularity in attendance and disregard of academic rules & regulations justify dismissal from the Academy without notice.
• The principal's decision in all academic and disciplinary matters will be final and binding on the students and their parents. Fee charges can be revised without giving prior notice to the parents.
• Scholarship and other concessions when ever awarded by the academy are subject to the rules and regulations of the academy. Improvement in scholastic performance is pre-requisite for continuation of respective scholarships/concessions.
