Notes :

  1. The Monthly Fee of Boarder includes an amount of Rs.16,000/- as Hostel Charges.
  2. Reg. Fee of boarding students is non-refundable. The amount of Rs.4,000/- out of Reg. Fee is adjustable only from the Admission package in case of admission.
  3. The Security Deposit of a boarder is refundable only if he applies for School Leaving after completion of studies / five years of studies with the academy. A boarder applying for SLC earlier will not get the refund.
  4. It is mandatory that one of the parents is present at the time of registration.
  5. The registration of a student who fails to report for test / interview twice will stand cancelled.
  6. The candidate should appear for interview along with both the parents.
  7. Leaving Certificate from previous school must be submitted at the time of admission. or latest by the 15th day of commencement of classes, otherwise the student’s name will be struck off from the roll call of the academy.
  8. Once admitted, for change of status or school leaving of a boarder, application must be submitted to the Registrar’s office three months in advance. The boarder has to continue in boarding / pay fee as a boarder at least for three months from the date of application. In case of day schooling one-month notice is required.
  9. Parents are required to pay two months advance fee every month. In this way, fee for the whole session is paid in first six months of the academic year. A copy of Fee Payment Schedule should be collected from the Accounts Department, KNA-Malir Campus. If fee is not paid by the due date, and following one reminder, the student may be required to leave the school.
  10. Following documents of the candidate are required with the Registration Form:
       + Birth Certificate (Copy)
       + Present / most recent School Report (Copy)
       + CNIC of parents (Copies)
       + 2 (two) Passport-size Photographs
